The United Presbyterian Church of New Kensington has numerous groups available to join. There you can relate with other Christians who share your same interests!
Our ladies in this group work together to make shawls for persons who would benefit from their mission of love and care. They meet on the 2nd Friday of each month in our church's library. The meeting times are at 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm. The reasoning for two times is so that those of the group members who work may have a time that they can come and participate.
This is a group of upbeat women who absolutely love coming together for exciting times together. They participate in retreats and other get-togethers. It's a great time to get out and experience God's love with other fun women.
This group is a subcommittee of our Fellowship Committee. The members of the Care Group get together to review attendance records and follow-up with welcome cards to new visitors
The Fast Women's Group meets every Monday. They take part in a bible study. After that, they reflect on the text and produce visual interpretations to decorate different parts of the church. It's an exciting group to divulge in the fine arts with other women and express your love for God.
